Due to our patient base, we are unable to set up and administer payment arrangement, therefore, we do not accept payments. All fees are due and payable at the time the service is performed.

Our dental team is committed to providing you with the highest quality of dental treatment at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at time of service. Patients with insurance should realize that your insurance may only cover a percentage of treatment, however, the patient is ultimately responsible for the entire fee for any services provided.
