A graduate of New Mexico State University, Dr. Smalley completed his doctorate degree at the University at Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. After the completion of his doctorate degree Dr. Smalley went on to complete general practice residency in 1993. Dr. Smalley has been practicing in Farmington since 1997 and is excited to be celebrating his 10 year anniversary. |
